Smile at a Stranger Day - December 15

Give a stranger one of your smiles. It might be the only sunshine they see all day.

“A friendly look, a kindly smile,
one good act, and life's worthwhile.”

A smile can change a person’s life. It opens up opportunity and connects you both for an instant.

When you Smile at a Stranger, chances are they will smile at someone else… and on it goes around the globe.

5 Tips to Find Your Passion in Life

  1. Start with Your Talents: What activity always makes you lose track of time? What did you love doing as a child but no longer do? Remember, you CAN become an expert in anything you put your mind to. Start by focusing on a very narrow area and begin blogging, tweeting and facing booking about that. You will be surprised how many people will be interested in what you have to say. . You can then decide to take it one step further to make it your passion. Can you write a book on the subject? Can you become an expert? Can you make a career out of it? Ask yourself these important questions.

  1. Be Open to New Experiences: You never know where life will take you when people realize you are an expert in a narrow field- journalists, publishers, online friends… people WILL search for you. They WILL find you.

  1. Communicate With People in Your Field: As I said, let everyone in social media know who you are- an expert in a narrow field (ANY area is good- there is an audience for EVERYTHING; for example, I write about, lecture and do workshops called, “Exploring, Life, the Afterlife and Reincarnation”- People love my area. They will love yours.)

  1. Practice and Research: Research and write- that is my motto. Blog and facebook away.

  1. Have no Fear and Never Give Up: Just do it and momentum pick up faster than you’d imagine. Remember, people WANT to know you and what you know. Keep researching and writing because you never know what tomorrow will bring.

Above all… HAVE FUN and make decisions that RAISE YOUR ENERGIES  :)

7 Tips To Keep You Awake - Naturally

More and more people come to me with sleeping problems.

Here are some tips to help you stay awake naturally - without taking drugs:

1. Get Up and Move Around to Feel Awake. Stetch yourself- it will feel good.

2.Take a Power Nap to Take the Edge Off Sleepiness – between 5 and 20 minutes.

Power naps can be taken sitting as well ask laying down.

If sitting, hold a pencil as if about to write and try to fall asleep. As you nod off you will drop the pencil. You mind will automatically wake up… This was Einstein’s method of power napping.

3. Give Your Eyes a Rest every so often.
Try to give your eyes a 5 minute rest every hour. Wash them. Close them.

4. Eat Natural Energy Food during the day.

Peanut butte, nuts, carrots, bananas I find work very well- filling and energy giving, without bloating. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water.

5.  Talk to Someone Interesting… about something you find interesting.

6. Check the Lighting in your Room – make sure your space is well lit.

7. Switch Tasks Every So Often – don’t get bored, stimulate your mind.
